Shift trading

With TitanPlan’s shift trading feature, you’ll never have to worry about employee shortages again. When an employee is sick or unable to work, they can easily submit requests for trading shifts (such as Sell a Shift, Swap Shift, Shift Handover) or changing the scheduled shift time.

The approval process is also well-designed, saving a lot of management time by efficiently checking for availability and resolving conflicts.
